Tax Refund Documentation Guide

To ensure smooth processing of your refund claim, please provide the following documents

Request the retailer to send the e-invoice directly to your designated refund email address at checkout. Ensure the email is correctly entered for timely delivery.

Note: If the retailer cannot send e-invoices to your refund email, request them to SMS the invoice to +61 481 811 681. We will automatically capture and sync it to your refund dashboard.ShoppingAId

Within $2000: Upload a logistics document image as an email attachment.
Over $2000 (please choose one of the following methods to provide information):

Customs-Declared Shipments:
 Provide the Customs Declaration Number in the email body.
 Attach clear images of the shipping label.
 The retailer must send the customs declaration documents from their official email to your designated refund email address.
 Undeclared Shipments:
 Attach clear images of the shipping label.
 Attach the Export Declaration Form (see attachment).
 Attach an unboxing video clearly showing the product’s tag or engraved serial number.

Identity Verification Forward these documents to refund@xxx from your personal email:
 Government-issued ID (Passport/Driver's License)
 Bank details (Chinese or Australian account)
