Logistics Documents
You need to use your personal email to send logistics documents to the tax refund email address.
If customs declaration has been completed:
Provide the customs declaration number in the email body.
Upload images of the logistics documents as attachments.
The merchant must send the customs declaration documents to your dedicated tax refund email from their official email address.
Upload the unboxing inspection video via real-time shooting link (must clearly show the product tag or engraved code).
If customs declaration has not been completed:
Upload images of the logistics documents as attachments.
Upload the export declaration form (see attachment) as an attachment.
Upload the unboxing inspection video via real-time shooting link (must clearly show the product tag or engraved code).
For the customs declaration form or export declaration form, all sections requiring product details must be filled by copying product information from the "Product List". It is not recommended to manually enter product details to avoid errors that may result in refusal of tax refund. If the product you need to ship is not found in the product list, please contact customer service promptly for confirmation.
